Tempura

Tempura is a dish made by coating fish, shellfish, and vegetables in batter made from wheat flour dissolved in water and deep-frying them in vegetable oil.
Dip in tentsuyu(soy sauce seasoning) or salt and eat.

INGREDIENTS

  • Egg : 1 piece
  • Flour : 140g
  • Water : 1 cup
  • Shrimp : 4 pieces
  • Eggplant : 1 piece
  • Squash : 50g

RECIPE

  1. Mix water, flour, egg and water in a bowl.
  2. Lightly sprinkle flour over the ingredients such as shrimp.
  3. Put the oil in a pan and heat it to 170-175 degrees.
  4. Dip the ingredients into a bowl and put them in the pan.
  5. When the ingredients are fried, drain the oil well and take them out.
