Miso soup

Miso soup is one of the soups in Japanese cuisine, and it is a soup-like dish made by seasoning dashi with miso and adding vegetables, tofu, seafood, and other foods.

  • Miso(soybean paste) : 2 tablespoons
  • Tofu(soybean curd) : 1/4 block
  • Seaweed : 1 teaspoon (dried seaweed)
  • Green onion : 1/4 piece
  • Dashi (Japanese soup stock made from fish and kelp) : 1 teaspoon
  • Water : 1.5 cups

RECIPE

  1. It is small and cuts tofu, a leek.
  2. Heat water, dashi in a pot, and after it boils add tofu and seaweed.
  3. Stop fire, and put miso if you come to the boil.
  4. Green onion may be sprinkled on top at the end.
